Soft-end Short Black and White Single Tail Leather Whip
This soft-end whip is a good place to start if you want to get into single tail play, but without the intensity of a signal whip or a bull whip for example.
This whip is made from braided black and white leather strands and is approximately 30 inches (76cm) long and has two soft 6 inch (15cm) by 1.25 inch (3cm) wide leather tabs at the end.
It is designed to avoid the full-on stingy sensation of the Ball-ended Single Tail (opens in new window)
for example, but still give a good flick!
You can begin by just using a flick of the wrist for a warm up and then gradually build up the intensity to a full arm swing if you want.
