A 2 inch Leather Collar with an Adjustable Strap to a pair of Wrist Cuffs

The 2 inch (5cm) Leather Collar has Soft Edging and comes with 1 inch Back Strap which loops over the Collar and has an adjustable trigger hook which secures the Soft Edged Wrist Cuffs.

The Back Strap is buckle adjustable and allows the wrists to be drawn up almost to the back of the neck.
