Carriage and Delivery Charges
UK Destinations:
Goods are shipped either by Royal Mail or UPS.
UK orders of £50 or more will be sent FREE by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS for speed and insurance.
Postage and Packing for orders less than £50 going to UK destinations will cost £3.50 for small parcels and £5.50 for medium parcels (long items such as Riding Crops and Spreader Bars).
NB UK destinations include the Isles Of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles and BFPO addresses.
International Destinations:
International P&P starts at £5.60 or will 20% of the order value, but this can be reduced for large orders. Please contact us for details.
Delivery times:
Many popular items can be shipped the same business day if the order is received before 12pm or by the next business day
If items need to be made up, we endeavour to deal with them within five business days of the order being placed, however, as per the Distance Selling Regulations, we request that you allow up to 28 days for delivery in case we are extremely busy or items are out of stock.
