All goods offered by Affordable Leather Products Limited are supplied according to the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
These Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.
Online Ordering on our site is safe and secure, all credit card numbers are encrypted for your protection either by our shopping cart's internal encryption system or by secure PayPal payment..
If you wish you may pay by cheque, but this can delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please contact us to arrange for cheque payment.
Discounts and Discount Codes
Some of our products are on sale at lower prices, for example as a discount if you buy multiple items.
Please note that any Discount Codes we offer may not be applicable to these products.
Orders from UK customers to the value of £50 or more quality for Free Shipping.
High value orders for International customers may quality for discounted or free shipping at our discretion, Please contact us for details.
Return / Refund Policy
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.
If you are not satisfied with any goods you purchase from us, please inform us by phone or e-mail within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, any "intimate" items such as Penis Restraints, Gags, Sex Toys, Crotch Harnesses etc can only be accepted for return and replacement or refund if they are faulty.
If goods are made or modified to your specifications from our standard range you may not have the right to cancel the purchase contract.
If goods are not faulty and you wish to return them for exchange or refund they must be returned to us promptly at the address below in the condition they were received and at your own expense as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If the goods are not in the condition they were received we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement (or charge you) if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
Once we have received returned goods as per the above conditions we will reimburse you via the original payment method or a suitable, mutually acceptable, alternative within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
If an order is received before 3pm we will endeavour to dispatch it on the day we receive it or within 24 business hours of the order being placed, however items such as some harnesses are usually only made to order and, as such, may take a little longer to deal with. If there will be a delay in dispatching your order we will keep you fully informed.
As per the requirements of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 we hereby state that goods will be delivered within an absolute maximum of 30 days of the order being placed. We will, of course, do our best to deliver goods as soon as possible after ordering.
If you have placed an order and not heard from us for a while, please feel free to contact us and request an update on the situation.
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail and Parcel Force services. Please note that Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 14 working days after the date of posting.
All prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.
Orders will be processed at our published prices, however in the case of any unexpected change in price you will be contacted and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Please note that all International Orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
This means that you may be required to pay Import Duty or Customs Charges when the goods arrive in your country.
We regret that, due to Brexit, this now includes purchases made from countries in the European Union.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly, confidentially and effectively.
All customer data is handled according to the principles of the Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
No customer data will be passed on to third parties or other companies (except as required to process credit card or similar transactions) and no customer addresses or e-mail information will be passed on or sold.
If you wish your customer information to be removed from our files or mailing lists, please contact us and we will do so.
Even if you do not opt in to our mailing list, we may send you a single e-mail inviting feedback on your purchase. This does not add you to our e-mail list and you will not be contacted further if you have not subscribed.

We can accept no liability for accident or injury caused by usage of these items.
