A 54 inch (135cm) long leather strap runs across the back of the neck, under the arms and fastens with a buckle at the back.
A second adjustable buckle strap runs down from the back of the neck and has another buckle section which goes around the wrists and secures the hands.
The hands can be drawn up to the middle of the back (or even further, if your subject is flexible!) and stops the wearer from putting them in the way if you want to give their bottom a good flogging...
