If you're looking for a Ball Gag which is more comfortable than most of the ones on the market today, then this is the one for you.

The ball on this one has a soft rubber shell and a foam inner making it soft and compressible, so it fills the mouth but does not force the jaws wide open.

It also has a soft leather strap which holds the gag ball in the mouth and an adjustable leather strap around the back of the head.

You can buy the Gag with a Black or a Red Ball (see options below) and both colours are now available in Small or Large sizes

The small ball is approximately 1 1/2" to 1 5/8" (3.8cm to 4.1cm) in diameter and the large one is about 1 5/8" to 1 3/4" (4.1cm to 4.5cm) in diameter, but if you want a particularly small or large size, please state this in the Additional Information box at the checkout.

New: Chicago Screws and extra Gag Ball Options

We have had customers ask us for the ability to change the balls on these gags, so you can now get this item with Chicago Screws (like rivets, but can be unscrewed) at the ends of the mouth strap. You can also buy extra soft rubber balls in small or large and black or red by ticking the appropriate boxes in the options below.

Too many ball gags on the market today have large, solid rubber balls of the sort you’d throw for a dog, which are often too big for people’s mouths and which force the jaw wide open in a way that is not comfortable and definitely not enjoyable making the gag uncomfortable to use for any length of time.

We wanted a gag with a ball that would serve to keep the wearer quiet, but still be comfortable, allowing them to swallow and ease their jaw and so we got a ball made for us with a rubber shell and a soft, compressible foam inner. This serves as an effective gag without causing unnecessary discomfort.
